Keep products abundance and shelves clean and in order; Provide customer service with proper smile in that to ensure the highest standards of customer service, store presentation, inventory management and store administration.
保证店铺货品的充足及货架的整齐和清洁,并且能微笑面对顾客,确保公司顾客服务、店铺陈列以及仓库库存和其他事项的高标准运行。
Duties and Responsibilities 工作责任
Customer Service 顾客服务
I. To answer customers questions and provide excellent customer service.
解答顾客的提问,同时积极主动地考虑顾客需要,为其提供良好的顾客服务
II. Provide a basket to the customer with above 3 products in hand.
为手上拿有三个以上的货品的顾客送上购物蓝
III. Implementation of the 8 Golden Rules of Service to improve customer service
贯彻八个黄金服务原则以提高顾客服务水平
IV. Good welcoming when the customer enter the store
热情接待每一个进入店铺的顾客
V. More information of products and promotion to the customers
及时提供给顾客更多的产品和促销信息
VI. Customer service is our No.1 priority all the time
一直以顾客满意作为顾客服务的第一位置
Ⅶ. Should act as cashier according to the arrangement of store manager
在店经理的安排下,充当收银员的角色
Ⅷ. Promote members card
提升会员卡销售
Ⅸ. Participate in bi-yearly stock take and routine cycle count
参与日常周期盘点和一年两次的大盘
Ⅹ. KPI—sales vs target (OB and Non OB), members sales participation, redemption rate
绩效考核指标:目标与实际销售比(自有品牌和非自有品牌),会员销售占比,换购率
Ⅺ. Stock Receiving 收货
Warehouse shipment – no need to check the details for each carton. Just use the BTS system in scanning the barcode of each carton by using HHT
不需要检查每一箱的细节,只用BTS系统通过HHT对每箱的条码进行扫描录入
Direct Supplier Delivery – continue to check the details
直接供应商分发—持续稽查细节问题
Operation Job 营运工作
I. Cleaning the belonging products and goods shelves
清洁所负责部门的产品及货架
II. Display according to POG and keep products and shelves clean and neat at any time
按陈列图要求摆放货品,并注意随时保持货品整洁,及排面整齐
III. Check stock if shortage of shelf
如有缺货,应及时查看店铺仓库的存货情况
IV. Refill if stock is enough
店铺仓库内有库存,应及时补货
V. Must double check the quantity 、content 、specification 、package and invoice when the products have been arrived and sent documents to store clerk
当有订货到达店铺时,应及时按照订单内容、数量验货、验送货单、收货、收送货单,并将送
货单交文员保存
VI. Promotion products must be directed promotion POP
促销产品还应挂上促销牌
Vlll. Stark DP must be adjusted according to indication from Supervisor/Key Holder
随时根据主管或当班经理指示,调整堆头、促销木箱内的产品
IX. Stark DP must be adjusted according to indication from Supervisor / Key Holder
服从店铺经理、主管的工作指示
X. Should take care of products; Put shopping basket in order and cleaning
爱惜货品,负责整理、清洁购物蓝
